Normal number of breaths?
A complete breath consists of inhaling and exhaling. The definition of breathing rate is the number of breaths completed per minute. The normal number of breaths per minute for adults is about 12-20, but this refers to the state of non-exercise. If the number of breaths during exercise is bound to be higher than the interval of 12-20.
The normal value of forehead temperature measurement?
Keep your forehead dry during measurement. Forehead temperature will cause errors due to measurement distance, environmental or human factors. The normal temperature range is 35.0~37.0℃. If the forehead temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, it is recommended to use an ear thermometer to confirm.
